  • Variety of Vine: Corvina, Corvininone 60%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%, Sangiovese, Croatina 10%

  • Classification: Designation of Origin (D.O.C)

  • Description: Ruby red with red fruit, cherry, berry perfumes and black pepper, Cinnamon and peppermint spice notes. Generous, inviting and tasty, with a strong structure and persistence.

  • To go with: Poultry, roast meats and cheeses such as brie

  • Provinence: From currently owned vines which have an average age of 25 to 30 years, In part Pergola and in part Guyot (Altitude 100/150 Meters S.L.M.) Clay soil in the plains and limey in the hilly area. Exposed to a light breeze.

  • Yield Restriction: 50 HL

  • Grape Harvest: The third decade of September and the first of October.

  • Vinification and Maturation: Coldpressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 12/15 days with the zymetank system. Ulterior maturation for a duration of 22 months in wooden casks from Slavonia of 350 to 550 Liters.
