Description: Ruby red with purple reflections. In the nose, floral notes of dogrose, peach and almond open to the elegant scents of red fruits, cherry and blackberry.

To go with: Bread and salamis, cheeses, poultry and soup.
Provinence: From currently owned vines which have an average age of 25 to 30 years, In part Pergola and in part Guyot (Altitude 100/150 Meters S.L.M.) Clay soil in the plains and limey in the hilly area. Exposed to a light breeze.
Yield Restriction: 50 hectoliters
Grape Harvest: The third decade of September and the first of October.
Vinification and Maturation: Coldpressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 12/15 days with the zymetank system. Ulterior maturation for a duration of 22 months in wooden casks from Slavonia of 350 to 550 Liters.
