• This glorious wine of a ruby red color, which after having been left ageing assumes orange reflections. The Taurasi has an intense, pleasant, characteristic bouquet, with a dry, full, aromatic taste. Terre Irpine produces this wine from the vines of Aglianico in the hand picked selective hills of Campania. It's a wine which gives its best when grown to maturity. For this reason it requires an accurate ageing (no less than four years) in order to mitigate the sharp taste of its youth.

• Serve at 20-22°C (68-72°F) – bottle should be uncorked 1-2 hours before drinking
