Description: Ruby red with garnet reflections. It intrigues the nose with a complexity of ripe red fruits, cherry and plum. Presence of dried fruits, spice and black pepper. In the mouth, chocolate and aromatic herbs blend to a final note of bitter almond.

Provenance: From currently owned vines with an average age of 30/40 years.

Grape Harvest: The second decade of September according to the maturation
Vinification and Maturation: Begins from February after the grape harvest. About 60/70 days pass between the grape crushing to the devatting.
